Where can I download the paiza app?
Search for "paiza" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
What is the registration number?
It is the number printed on the back of your national ID — 2 Cyrillic letters followed by 8 digits. Example: МА74101813.
What if I forget my PIN?
Use the PUK code you received during registration to reset your PIN. If you also lose your PUK, you will need to register again.
What if push notifications are not arriving?
Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → paiza and confirm that notifications are enabled.
What is the verification code?
When you start a sign-in, the same 4-digit code appears in the web page and in your phone app. It confirms the person logging in is really you.
What does "sign a document" mean?
Applying a legally binding electronic signature to a digital document. PIN2 is required.
